Butchers Twine

Butchers Twine some refer to it as Cooking Twine for trussing chickens, turkeys or tying roasts. Available in a variety of length's and thicknesses.

This is basically a cotton string that will not burn when heat is applied. It should not be reused. Note: Regular string should never be used for cooking, it will burn.

Remember: If searing meats wrapped with butchers twine you should dunk the twine in water before tying. This will minimize the chances of it burning
