Fish Grilling Spatulas

Fish turners are a special kind of spatula with an extra wide blade that helps support the entire length of a fish fillet. Fish turners can be used for any delicate item on the grill as well as in the kitchen. The extra support helps keep the food from falling apart when flipped.

You do not flip your fish with the flip of the wrist like a typical spatula. Instead you carefully slide the wide narrow blade under your fish and you slide your food off the front of the spatula while turning it over. It does take a little practice and patience but your food will never fall apart again.
