Barbecue Grill Forks

The barbecue grill fork has gotten some bad publicity recently. It has been used to pierce the meat to turn things like steak, and now people realize that the juices are running out through the holes. I however, like to use my barbecue grill fork like a spatula. A 2 pronged forks prongs may be dropped through the grills grates and lifted up lightly to see if the meat is sticking. This is especially useful when searing your meats.
