Grill and Smoker Chamber Thermometers

A grill or smoker thermometer is a thermometer that measures the ambient temperature in the grill or smokers chamber. The most common type smoker thermometer is mounted directly onto the hood. There are also electronic digital remote smoker thermometers that will sound an alarm if the temperature gets to hot or drops too much. There is even one available that will monitor both the chamber and foods temperatures at the same time and can be monitored remotely.
