Grilling Woks and Bowls

Grilling woks and bowls are basically a high sided barbecue grill topper that has holes in the bottom. Place smaller food items in the wok or bowl, and place the grill bowl directly onto your barbecue. The holes allow the grilled flavor to come through and when it is time to turn, simply stir.

A grill wok is a very versatile barbecue tool and will allow you to grill smaller things that you would never consider grilling without one. Not only can a wok be used for stir fry you can use it for fajitas or my favorite things to do is throw some mushrooms and onions in it while grilling steak.

Wok Grilling Tip: When grilling sliced onions leave them round to prevent them from falling through the holes
