Grilling Skillets

Grilling skillets are similar to a stove top skillet with two major differences. First with a grilling skillet the bottom is full of holes allowing the grilled flavor to get through to your food. The second is that most feature removable and/or folding handles for easy storage and so that you can close the hood on your grill.

Grilling skillets are designed for grilling up smaller food that may otherwise fall through you grills grates. With a flatter bottom then a grill wok and lower sides a skillet is a cross between a grill grid and wok. With old west look a skillet has it brings to mind cowboys cooking over a camp fire out on the open range.
