Hamburger Presses

A hamburger patty press is used to make perfectly round burger patties that are uniform in size. The meat is placed inside the hamburger press and the lid is closed to press the meat. It is a good idea to line the hamburger press with wax paper or plastic wrap to prevent it from sticking to the inside of the press.
