With the advent of gas grills, anything you can cook in your oven you can cook on your grill. Gas grills are great at maintaining an inside temperature you just have to experiment with how long to cook something. Some things will turn out well others will not, this is pretty much trial and error. In our recipe section we try to take a lot of the trial and error out of it for you.
Temperature generally speaking is referred to in terms of high heat low heat or medium heat, again because no two grills burn at the same temperature. You also find if using gas when your propane tank starts running low the normal burning temperature drops. It's very hard to be specific when you're dealing with this many variables, that is why we speak in general terms in all of our recipes.
