Rib Grill Racks

Rib grill racks are designed to stand your ribs vertically on your grill grates. This allows you more room to cook other items while cooking your ribs. A rib rack is especially useful in a round smoker or big green egg where room is very limited. Standing ribs up in a rack will allow you to cook 5 slabs in the space 2 would normally take up.
