Here is a short non-legal version summary:

We do not collect personal information unless you place an order or sign up for e-mails. We do track how you found us and how you move around our site through the use of cookies. This is to help us improve the site.

We do not sell or share your information

with the exception of with our credit card processor and the shipping carrier. This done through a secure checkout and that information is just used to process your order. If you do place an order you will receive the standard order and shipping confirmation e-mails along with one follow up e-mail.

You will NEVER be added to an e-mail list unless you request it.

Lastly, we do run paid ad’s from Google and Amazon on our pages and they may track your movements with cookies as well.

The following policy statement explains how LLC protects the privacy of information transmitted over the Internet from its website visitors. Generally, 4theGrill only obtains specific and individualized data about its website visitors when such information is supplied voluntarily, i.e., when web site visitors send e-mail to or purchase services from 4theGrill. 4theGrill then uses the information for the purpose of fulfilling the visitors’ requests. Any time a customer or visitor receives e-mail it does not want from 4theGrill, the customer can request that 4theGrill not send further e-mail. LLC has security measures in place for protecting data conveyed during a visitor’s purchase with 4theGrill . 4theGrill employees are required to protect the privacy of such data. 4theGrill wants its visitors and customers to feel that their privacy will be protected when visitors access their account or purchase services from 4theGrill .
