How to grill a Totino’s frozen pizza is quick and easy and the crust comes out very crispy. It turns out better off the grill then out of the oven. Our technique is going to result in a very crispy cracker like crust.
To grill a Totino’s frozen pizza we need to heat the grill to 400 degrees. Then turn down the gas to 50% or to medium to medium-low heat. When grilling with charcoal spread your coals around the perimeter of your grill and leave an open area in the center.

Place your pizza directly onto your grates and close the lid. Rotate the pizza ¼ turn every 3 minutes. Cooking time will only be about 9 minutes.
After your 2nd rotation check the crust to be sure it is not burning. Crust browning? Your in great shape. If you see some burn marks already turn down the heat a little more. Check the bottom at every rotation until it is golden brown. Once the crust is fully browned your pizza is ready.
Tip: Placing a pizza directly on your grates will give you a few burnt spots on the crust. To avoid the burnt spots place some foil on your grates before you begin.
Crust is brown and the cheese is not fully melted? Turn off the heat completely, close the lid and let it sit for a few more minutes.
Pull the pizza off the grill, slice and serve.
The key to grill a Totino’s frozen pizza is that you want the entire grill good and hot and minimize the direct heat hitting the crust.
