Return Policy – 2018

Please contact us at within 3 days of receiving your order to report any problems with your order or items damaged in shipping.  You will be solely responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise noted.

Please return items within 30 days of purchase, no returns will be accepted 60 days after the order was shipped.

No damage claim can be considered if the carton is not listed as damaged when signed for at time of delivery. We will file the damage claim and ship you out a replacement as soon as possible.

Manufactures warranties:  Are just that handled by the manufacturer. We back all of our products for the first 60 days after that you will need to contact the manufacturer. If you need that information and/or a copy of your order e-mail us and we will be happy to get that information for you.

Shipping errors: In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product in your order, contact us the day your order arrives and we will get corrected A.S.A.P. without any hassles or additional charges.

Good merchandise returns:  Any item that is new, may be returned for a full refund, no questions asked.

Any item returned to us that looks well used may not receive any credit (This policy is specifically to prevent people from using an item like a rotisserie once and returning it for full credit).

Defective products:  We stand behind all of the products we sell, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product it may be returned without penalty. In some cases a pickup tag will be sent and sometimes a good part may be sent if you wish to keep the product.

Credits:  4theGrill LLC will never issue a credit that amounts to more then the total amount of the original order total. This is a restriction placed on us by our credit card processor.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of any personalized products under any circumstances.
