The stainless rotisserie basket flat is 14 x 7.5 inches and has an adjustable internal depth of up to 2 inches. Made from a durable 304 stainless steel it will last a life time if properly taken care of. This stainless rotisserie basket will securely fasten to most spit rods from 5/16 up to 1/2 with the use of its dual thumb screws on each end.

The stainless rotisserie basket flat has an easy squeeze adjustment on the upper cage, allowing for varying cooking thickness across the 4 thickness settings.

Simple thumb screw fastening to your spit rod allows for easy wedge mounting to 5/16″ square and clamp mounting to 1/2″ hexagon and 3/8″ square rotisserie spit rods. For small diameter spit rods or extremely imbalanced food loads its recommended to utilize rotisserie spit forks inserted through the ends of the basket to provide additional protection from basket slipping.

Care of the Stainless Rotisserie Basket Flat

Because this rotisserie basket is made from 304 stainless steel it is dishwasher safe, always remove the thumbscrews before hand. To avoid scratching the finish we suggest hand washing with soap and water. Never use a grill brush or metallic scrubbers as they will leave scratches in the smooth finish of the basket.
