Description
They do not list a capacity on this stainless steel marinade injector but our best guess is around 3 ounces. The three full circle finger grips provide you a sure grip when injecting your meat. The long 5.25 needle makes it great for injecting large pieces of meat.
The needle portion of this stainless steel marinade injector has 12 holes from the tip up to 2.5 from the end. This may make it difficult to use on smaller foods where you can not insert the tip that far. It can also makes filling it up a little difficult.
This stainless steel marinade injector is made with the food grade stainless and will never rust. The needle unscrews for the body for storage and easy clean-up. The handle end also unscrews for cleaning. You should never fill an injector from the handle end unless your marinade has been strained first. The needle can clog if you do it that way.
Unlike some injector out there this one has what appears to be a Teflon ring to seal the plunger. Rubber seals can wear out and dry out over time making the injector useless. We suggest coating the plunger seal with some sort of cooking oil before each use. This makes using it a whole lot easier.

This is our go to injector for large meats, you can’t really use it on smaller cuts because there are holes high up on the needle. It is a quality piece though.
