The B2Q standing rib rack holds up to 4 racks of ribs vertically on your grill or in your smoker.  This allows you to save surface area while still allowing the smoke to surround each slab of ribs throughout the cooking process.  The foot print of this rib rack is fairly large at 11.5 x 11.5 inches and it is 3 inches tall.  It is also no-stick coated for easy clean-up, hand washing and towel drying this topper is recommended.
